Delete Your Ziftsy Account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Ziftsy app (published by Ziftsy) and what happens to your data when you do.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open the Ziftsy app and sign in
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
3. Confirm that you want to delete your account

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@ziftsy.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, date of birth, profile picture, and bio
• Your matching preferences, gift wishlists, and saved shipping addresses
• Video call metadata linked to your account

What we keep, and for how long

• Gift and payment transaction records: up to 7 years, as required for tax and legal purposes
• Safety reports about rule violations: up to 5 years, to prevent banned users from returning
• Backups: removed automatically within 90 days
